These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of [lcpetalsdesign.com] (the “Site”) and any purchase made from LC Petals (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order through this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Customer Responsibility & Item Condition
Condition of Provided Items: The customer must ensure the entire chuppah glass is in usable condition before sending, clear chuppah glass and inadequate glass quantities will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Risk of Damage: The customer assumes all risks of damage and/or destruction of the chuppah glass during the customization process (glass is broken into tiny shards for use). The remaining unused shards will be sent back to the customer with the final product.
Liability Disclaimer: LC Petals is not responsible for damage to chuppah glass that is received in poor condition or unsuitable for the requested customization.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for shipping costs and the risks associated with sending chuppah glass to LC Petals. LC Petals is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to our art studio.
Final Product Shipping: LC Petals will pay for the return shipping cost of the final customized piece and any unused chuppah glass.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control
- Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier
Customization Scope
Finality of Customization: All custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned.
Customer Acknowledgement
Color/Texture Variation: The final product will vary slightly from the sample photos shown on our website due to the floral preservation and resin curing processes. Additionally, there are natural variations in each individual flower and foliage. Each piece is completely unique due to these features.
Ambering of Resin: All resin, even the best quality, can amber over time. This is a natural process and LC Petals will not be liable for this.
Account Creation (WooCommerce)
When you create an account at checkout or elsewhere on the Site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Orders & Checkout
When you place an order through our checkout:
- You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete
- An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance
- We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order
Orders may be canceled due to inadequate chuppah glass quantities or color supplied by the customer, pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or payment authorization failures.

- All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change at any time without notice
- Payment must be completed before an order is processed
Payments are securely processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment information.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds

User Conduct

Maximum Liability: LC Petals is limited to liability of the cost of the customized product, not the value of the item or chuppah glass provided by the customer.
Unsolicited Items: Any chuppah glass or items sent without prior authorization or a completed order purchase may be treated as unsolicited goods.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LC Petals from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
